We went thru Uship, mistake number 1, and went with Marvel because of their FAKE 5 star rating. After waiting 7 days for them to come get the car, we finally canceled them. They put us on the "national board", essentially blackmailing us saying if we went with another company and were put on the "national board" that we would be black-balled and no one would take our car. Fed up with their one liner excuses one after another, we canceled thru U-ship (which Marvel has to approve for some reason) and went with a new company (please lord, let this be a better company) and the next day...Marvel calls and says we have a driver. Screw them. They wanted more money too. Nope. Even though it is costing us more to use the other company, and we have to wait even longer now...we will never use Marvel again. And I will be posting this on FB on all 3 university groups where all these parents ask "what company should we use to ship our students car?" We are furious.
