I initally came to this site before shipping my vehicle and was glad I did. I contacted Tim Stears auto transport and worked with Sue to get my vehicle picked up. There were a few snags and the first driver was unable to pick up the car on the scheduled time. Sue went above and beyond to find another tranporter to pickup the car in a timely manner. She contacted Eddie at Mapletree transportation and the vehicle was picked up Friday 9/1/06 by driver Bud Kantz. I had spoken later that morning with my friend who I had purchased the car from and he proceeded to tell me how impressed he was with Mr. Kantz. Mr. Kantz called me on his way to inform me of when he would be arriving and the vehicle showed up the evening 9/4/06.
The vehicle arrived in excellent time and I was greeted with a handshake and a smile from Mr. Kantz thanking me for my business. Mr. Kantz also went above and beyond to help me pull my inoperable vehicle to the top of my driveway and put it in the garage.
I would not hesitate to use either of these transportation services in the future and when the need arises I will be calling them first! It is nice to be greeted by someone sincerely appreciating your business and then going that extra mile to help out even when some may not.
Tim Stears and Mapletree Transportation are both class acts!
