M and M Transport ... aka G-1 Transport ... aka M&M Transport, 11205 Alpharetta Hwy, Suite A-7, Roswell, GA 30076.

This company was hired by a broker (Nationwide Transport Services, LLC - David was the sales person) to deliver a NASCAR race car from Moorseville, NC to Scottsdale, Arizona.

Promised delivery time was not to exceed seven (7) days.

To start with - the transport (trailier) was dirty. The trailer lift / door was not operating properly. Loading a NASCAR race car - it made us a little nervous from the start. They had to stop in Atlanta to fix the trailer door in order to complete pick ups of other vehicels after my car was on the trailier. I was told (can't verify) that the tractor/truck had to be swtiched out as well - for apparently mechanical reasons.

Pick up was on March 16th. They estimated delivery to Arizona on or about the 21st, but guaranteed delivery was on the 22nd. Obviously, that didn't happen.

Getting in touch with this company is a challenge to start with. You are more often than not going to get a recording. And if they know you are not happy about something - I assume they screen your calls and you just hear a 'click' and then a dial tone. If you DO get someone to answer - they assure a call right back - and that didn't ever happen. It will require you calling several times to get any attention.

Christian Morton - his cell phone is 314-494-1788 ... apparently he is the manager of this operation. They won't allow you to talk with the driver direct - which seemed odd. (Christian said he didn't want his driver's 'rest' to be interrupted. Wouldn't he driver just not take the call if in rest??) No GPS tracking ... you have NO idea where the truck is on the route - how many stops - progress reports ... nothing.

I heard nothing but excuses for 5 days while attempting to track the delivery. Nothing but excuses about why they were late. Driver was sick. The trailer broken. Had an extra pick up ... etc. One thing after another. There were NO proactive updates on delivery provided by this company. I didn't know anything definitive until they called me at 4:45AM (this morning) to tell me the truck was finally at the delivery location. Two (2) days late. And like I needed a 4:45AM wake up call? Couldn't they even wait until a reasoanble hour? Hello - it's a 3 hour time difference from Georgia to Arizona.

Yes, the car arrived intact - albeit two days late.

The communications were poor.

There were no pro-active updates.

The trailer was dirty - and appaently needing door repairs even BEFORE it picked up my car.

Excuses - Not saying they are dishonest - just had a lot of excuses.

I'd not use them again. And by the way - Nationwide Transport Services, LLC (877) 278-3135 - didn't do much to help with this. You'd think the broker would step up and make their contracted carrier be more accountable - but that didn't happen.
