My brand new vehicle was picked up four days late from my garage. I was not available for pick up I had to catch a flight. No paper work was left for me. The car arrived on time covered in mud, 40 extra mile on the odometer with a cracked windshield. The damage was reported, with a picture on the day the car arrived. Two and a half weeks later we have not been provided with the insurance information. They rarely answer the phone, they do not return phone calls. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau, the chamber of commerce and the licensing authorities. This situation could have been easily resolve had they simply communicated with me and provide me with their insurance information.
