First off I have had 7 cars transported in the past from EBAY. So , I am not new to this process. The whole nightmare started with American Auto Transport whom I talked to first to schedule my car to be transported from TX to WA. I asked if the car could be picked up within 48 hours and was told yes. They always say they have drivers in your area that will pick up your car. That is just a big red caution flag. They are sharks, all of them. So back to AAT. After 2 weeks, they finally had a driver lined up. AAT -Their site and mission statement is impressive and makes you feel all secure that you and your car are taken care of. Again, lie after lie. They only call when they want their money. Their site states, FREE TRACKING "KNOW WHERE YOUR CAR IS EVERY MOMENT" lie lie lie. It has now been 17 days since my car was picked up and I still have no idea where it is. I requested the exact location 15 times and called AAT 38 times as well as the driver of the company M&M Frieght LLC. And NEVER got a location. I only heard from thye driver once and he said the car would be there in a couple days. But again, no location. No returned phone calls. Nothing their mission statement promisses. I was told that the truck broke down and a week later still nothing. I asked for the location 6 more times and still nothing. Nobody calls you back. Do not use AAT for their customer service is terrible.Rude and unproffessional. They tell you that they will call you back only to get you off the phone. Do not use M&m frieght LLC . Not sure if my car will ever show up. I have pursued legal action..

DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS.. DO YOUR HOMEWORK.. BE VERY CAUTIOUS.. Dont fall for the flashy website. AGAIN, DO NOT USE M&M FRIEGHT LLC or AMERICAN AUTO TRANSPORT
