Picked up the car on August 12, supposed to go to Edison NJ until 15th-16th, then off to Ca. On August 24, he said that the car will arrive within the next 2 days. He was avoiding phones call. We then found these reviews and decided to report the car stolen. On the 26th we filed a police report. He called and said that we will have the car back on the 29th. We stopped hearing from him for the next week and a half. My wife called him and he answered, she told him that she was going to court and pressing charges. On September 9th he said we could pick it up in NJ. We started out and he called to say the yard was locked up and we should come in the morning. He gave us an address. We found the car in a parking lot. The key was placed in the wheel well. Nothing was missing and the car was fine other than about 90 miles on it. He has yet to return my money, I will be going to small claims court to file a report.
