Would not recommend. I used this broker to get my car from NC to Vegas without incident. However the return trip was a nightmare. I understand the notice was short to plan the return but it took over 2 weeks to arrange transport. Trevon was well aware of the need to bring car parts back with the car, from the initial pickup, so this detail was not a surprise. Trevon was very hard to get a hold of and Shelby American was holding my car and I was not able to even give them an idea as to a pick up date. Once pickup was finalized, price was agreed upon to get my car from Vegas to NC, enclosed with car parts, my car ended up getting picked up and the driver of the truck stating he did not know about the extra parts and would not take them. So my parts still sit at Shelby in Vegas. After repeated attempts to contact Trevon to see what arrangements he would make to get the parts back as this was part of the deal and payment, he returned my call only once and did not have a solution. I was told he was working on it. He has since charged my credit card without authorization or contacting me that he was going to charge it (he still had the number appearently from the first transaction). I have attempted to call him without so much of a call back. I have disputed the credit card charge as a breech of contract as he failed to fullfill the entire agreement.

Do not use this broker.

Darcie, when I moved the car to Vegas for you the first time the parts you wanted to be shipped along with the car were much less than what you wanted to come back and that is the problem here. I aksed you to give me 3-4 weeks notice the return trip but you gave me 10 days. Additionally, The contact person at Shelby never did confirm how many parts were needed to come back with the car until the day the driver showed up and he was unable to fit them inside the truck. I gave you a $100 discount because we could not get them back for you. That was more than enough to help with ground shipping them back with UPS, ect. I'm sorry we could not ship the parts and the car together. You knew the risk we were under if Shelby was not able to itemize the parts clearly before the driver was on campus to load everything.
