The customer service was great. I originally went with a different broker who quoted me lower but my car had not been picked up for 3 weeks. Kathy explained that I was under quoted and that the carriers were simply passing up the job. Of course the other broker didn't tell me that so in switching to Magic Carpet Auto Transport, my car was picked up quickly as promised.
