I had booked a move with this company more than a month prior to pickup date. That date came and went without a driver being assigned. A full 2 weeks after that date the car still sat in the sellers garage and he was getting pretty annoyed. The missed date was blamed on the weather and the fact that no rigs were moving - that, in fact, was not the case. What really irked me about this company was the real lack of customer service. Emails I sent were not even opened and read, let alone answered, and all voice communications, but one, had to be initiated by me, at my expense. The relatonship with ones customers is paramount in business today and I would rate this company's grade with an F. Be very skepical of all the glowing reviews - they are pad for.

James, I am sorry things did not turn out as we had wanted on this transport. I did give it my best effort to get a carrier and went out of my way to call carriers for this load and was told due to weather conditions that it was not getting picked up by a carrier. The supply was not meeting the demand on this route. I am very happy you got the vehicle transported and I wish you the best
