Our inital contact with this company, and Nicole in particular, was EXCELLENT! Nicole is highly knowledegeable and thoroughly explained the shipping process to us. She was delightful to work with! We easily selected Magic Carpet as our transport company after speaking with her, and were very happy with the quoted price of $850.00. After two weeks I received an email that a carrier had been assigned. At that point, we tried to contact Nicole via email and phone to discuss the pick up details with her. We encountered some rudeness from the person who answered the phones at the Magic Transport office. She did not seem to want to let us talk to Nicole and we had to be very insistent. We felt the rudeness was out of line and was a completely different attitude than the one presented by Nicole. Our vehicle was picked up on time and the driver was very curteous and professional. The driver called us 24 hours before delivery to let us know when he would arrive. He also informed us of the cash amount due at the time of delivery. The amount that he requested was $75.00 higher than the original amount that was quoted to be due on delivery....$600.00 (original quote) versus $675.00. No one from Magic Transport had contacted me prior to this to let me know there was a price increase. Our vehicle was delivered right on time and in perfect condition. We paid the driver $675.00 as he had requested. After the delivery I tried to contact Magic Carpet again to inquire about the price increase, but never got a response. In regards to the price increase, I do believe that it was justified. There was a MAJOR increase in the price of gas and diesel fuel (due to political unrest) between the time we received the quote and the time the vehicle was picked up and delivered. We are just displeased thatwe were not contacted by Magic Carpet about the price increase prior to the vehicle being picked up. We think there are definitely some communication issues at Magic Carpet that need to be resolved. Overall, we found working with Magic Carpet to be a satisfying experience and we would defintely use thier services again to transport a vehicle.

Shannon, thank you for your review. I am sorry you ran into a few issues with your transport but I am very happy everything worked its way out. I understand there was some confusion with the payment but I am also happy we were to explain this and work it out.
