being the believer that you get what you pay for, I decided to choose the company because they were higher priced than the competition and had some good reviews. I assumed that mean I would get prompt and courteous service. Boy was I wrong. I contacted the company and Stephanie said it would not be a problem getting my car moved. 3 days later, i emailed her to see what the status was. She sent me a rude response that it took 1 to 7 business days to schedule a truck and they would contact me when it was scheduled. After 7 business days and still no response, I contacted stephanie again. This time, I never received a reply. I contacted her again after 10 business days, again no reply. At this point I am cancelling my flight and driving the car myself. So much for good service, I would recommend staying away and deal with someone that will give prompt service and give you honest information.

Frank,I apologize that you didnt feel that the service provided did not go well. However, i am sorry to hear that you felt i was rude in my response back to you via email, i was not trying to sound rude by any means. This is what had been stated in the email back to you: (Frank, We are still working aggressively to assign a carrier to your vehicle, however it does generally take about one to seven business days to schedule a carrier. I will most definitely contact you as soon as I have a carrier assigned. Feel free to contact me again if you have any other questions. Thank you for your time.) All i wanted to do was let you know i am still working on your order and that it was only 2 days after we had placed the order and it could generally take about 7 business days to get a carrier assigned. I never try to treat my customers disrespectful in any way, i am always trying to treat them with 100% respect. Also, going from NJ to WA it can take a little time to get a carrier assigned due to the fact that it is not a highly demanded route and if a carrier doesnt have enough frieght to do the actual route and it be worth while then he or she will not do the transport due to the fact that they will loose money. Also frank you had said you sent a couple other emails, i do apologize about that as well, but i had not recieved the others, other than the ones i did respond back to. Once again i apologize that you didnt feel that i tried my hardest to assist you with your auto transport. Feel free to call me if you have any questions. Take Care.
