At the beginning of the process, service was good and they would return calls promptly. At the end of the process, things went out of control and they would not return my calls for several days. They left everything in the hands of the carriers (there were several carriers involved, not sure how many). Price was higher than intially quoted.
Delivery was not made door to door as indicated in the quote. I had to drive about 50 miles to get my car and another 50 miles to come back, it took me 3 hours to go back and forth. Delivery was not made as promised (1 day later), it took a total of 11 days from Maryland to Monterey, California. I had to pay extra for my rental car.
