These people were highly rated so I used them. They were everything that could be expected of a broker. They were nice, answered all of my questions and provided updates on my vehicles status. At first I wasn't aware they were not the actual carrier but a broker but they explained this to me. My original quote went up $50 because I drive a medium sized SUV (standard sized in the carrier though). The morning of the scheduled pickup I was contacted and notified that the actual carrier was demanding another$50. i have heard of this before and I do not believe it reflects on the broker Magic Carpet. In fact she haggled with the carrier and cut that price in half. I am overall very satisfied with the broker.
