Overall I was happy with Magic Carpet Auto Transport. I wasn't however satisfied with the driver of the truck that was carrying my verhicle. He couldn't bring my car to my home so I met him on the other side of town, which was not convinient for me. Upon arriving he then demanded $700 or he was taking the car to Springfield MA to a warehouse. The balance was $540 not $700 because Magic's finance department took a deposit from me for $160 rather than $90. He then proceeded to blame me for a $50 ticket he got for driving on a road he wasn't suppose to be on. I contacted Kristaan, she contacted the driver and all this was cleared up immediately. I got my reciept, handed him the cash. With all that being said I'm happy my car made it back in one peice.
