The service was fine when I was trying to get a quote, but once I scheduled a car shipping the service disappeared. Kathy was rarely available when I called, I was almost always put on hold once or even twice in a row. I wasn't given clear information about how much I owed. I was told my car was being picked up one day and when it wasn't, I couldn't even get someone on the phone to ask when it was going to be picked up.

Grace, Sorry you feel this way, but I remember talking to you several times along with the other girls in the office, we all help each others customers. The lack of communication came from the carrier, I call the driver and he promised he was going to call you and he fell through with his word. You placed the order on 5/17 and we had it picked up on the 19th so I’m confused by the no star review, I tried my best to make so things went smoothly.
