John at Magic Carpet Auto Transport was very helpful and communicative, touched base with me often, and kept me informed by phone every step of the way. Very good personality, answered his phone the majority of the time and called me back promptly if I had to leave a message.

John handled all of the details, took all my information by phone so my effort was minimal, and also coordinated things with my mom in Florida and my wife in Nevada during the move. He essentially did all of the legwork, and all we had to do was follow his lead. It did take about a week or so to find a carrier and the final price was about 15 percent more than the original estimate, but this was more due to the out of the way nature of the destinations involved. I compared prices on many different carriers and the final price was still one of the best. Overall I was 100 percent satisfied with John's service level on this job.

The car was picked up by Marvin Transport out of Sacramento, CA. He was right on time, and also communicated frequently with my mom, wife, and I by phone during all phases of pickup and delivery. He was clean, professional, and courteous. The car was delivered 2400 miles away in about two and a half days with no issues. I was also 100 percent satisfied with Marvin.

I would highly recommend these guys to anyone moving a vehicle, as they made this process about as pleasant as it could possibly be.
