I was very nervou in making a reservation for my daughter's car to be transported back home to california from college in connecticut. well, all went well and hillary was very helpful. I gave her a specific time line of 1 week that the car needed to be picked-up by and also after 5 pm, she was able to meet both request. Hillary call my daughter and myself to inform us that the driver would like to pick-up the car 1 day early since he was in the area, but not to worry if not able. We were able to meet 1 day early and the transportation company also provided my daughter with transportion back to her college since they were not able to do door to door pick-up on that street. I n california they did provide door to door delivery and in fact were able to deliver the car earlier then the date given. Overall it was a positive experience and I would use this company again.
