I had a very good experience with the primary contact person. In addition, I had a good experience with the person that picked up my car. Nonetheless it took mor time to deliver the car that I expected and when I call the person delivering the car I could not understand what he ws saying. In conclusion, the car was delivered in excellent condition and my daughter was happy. Overall, I was happy with the service, although it was more expensive that I expected.
