While it was a nerve wracking experience to prepare for the cross-country move of my VW Jetta, Stephanie made the process extremely easy and tolerable. She was readily available any time I needed an update on the car, and was also helpful when informing me the car would be delayed to its destination in NY. The car was nearly a week late due to a hydrolics malfunction on the truck carrying my car. My only wish was that someone called me to tell me of this snafu. Instead, I assumed they were on schedule then wondered why my car wasn't delivered on the initial date they promised! Thankfully, it was only a few days later, but had I needed the car at that time, it would've been a problem. Still, the car arrived and looks great - no damage at all.
