Kathy, my auto agent was professional and patient with my questions and concerns. I've never had a company respond so quickly to my initial online inquiry. Within 5 minutes of requesting an online estimate, I got a call from Kathy, as well as an online quote. I had a pretty good hunch then that Magic Carpet Auto Transport would be pretty reliable. Kathy did a great job of keeping me informed by phone and emails about the Xterra's route and destination time. My Xterra arrived on time and in good condition. Needless to say, I'm quite happy with the overall experience and would recommend Magic Carpet Auto Transort to anyone considering/deciding what transport company to use.
