Difficult to contact to ask questions and get info regarding the delay in pick up. Several attempts via phone and email went either unanswered completely in the case of emails and days for phone calls. I finally got a different rep to send me the quote because couldn't get a response from the one assigned.

Lack of knowledge regarding "blue laws" in Missouri caused an additional delay in pick up of 9 more days. They tried to schedule on Sunday!

Was told that the rebate was used to get a carrier to finally pick up and only when I asked why that meant I would not receive did my "Account Executive" offer a $25 rebate. When I sent email with the Magic Carpet request to let them correct before posting review, my "Account Executive" replied that she may have sent the wrong one about the rebate. I then called to talk to her on phone and she said that if I read the fine print regarding the rebate that it wasn't guaranteed. So I doubt that I will receive from this company but I feel strongly that I was misled and my experience with them was not pleasant.

I am not new to transporting cars as I have had 3 others so I know what to expect.
