Although we had many problems with our delivery, I will only comment on the custmer service I received from Magic Carpet. First, it was not until I called on Thursday, August 20, that I was informed the car would be picked up Saturday, August 22. On Saturday I was not contacted by anyone at Magic Carpet to let me know what time I could expect the carrier to come. It was not until I called Magic Carpet myself (around 2:00pm) that I was informed the driver would be on the way shortly. We were told that the car would be delivered either Monday evening (8/24) or Tuesday morning/afternoon (8/25). On Tuesday afternoon at 3:30pm I contacted Magic Carpet to find out what was going on since the car was still not delivered, and I had not heard from ANYONE! Magic Carpet did not know when the car would be delivered so they contacted the driver and found out he was still in Georgia!! This to me is poor customer service - Magic Carpet should have been in contact with the driver so that they could let me know the staus of the delivery!! I was assured by Magic Carpet that the car would be delivered on Wednesday, August 26. To say the least it was not, and I once again had to call Magic Carpet myself - not at any time did Magic Carpet take it upon themselves to contact me and let me know what was going on!!! The car was finally delivered on Thursday, August 27. Today it is Tuesday, September 1, and no one from Magic Carpet has ever contacted me to see if the car was delivered to my satisfaction! I will not use Magic Carpet again, and I will not recommend it to anyone.
