From the beginning, Crystal at Magic Carpet was courteous, patient, knowledgeable and clear. I had never done a car transport before and she was able to alleviate some of my fears and concerns. The carrier they chose was in NJ and the driver was easy going, friendly and patient as well. We were a little late in arriving with the car and they were very understanding. After flying out, the car was waiting for us near the Portland International Airport and ready to drive away. It was in excellent condition and once again the driver, his wife and daughter were there to greet us and give us helpful directions and advice about the area. After our nervousness and worry about the car during transport, we were relieved all went so well. The cost was on the high side compared to other transport companies but knowing Magic Carpet had such a good service rating made it worth paying the little extra for peace of mind. The paperwork was simple yet complete and the payment procedure was appropriate and what one would expect for such service cross country. The damage and claim process was comprehensive and I felt like I was given clear information about steps and procedures to follow in case of damage. I recommend the use of Magic Carpet for all these reasons.
