Stephanie and Nicole of Magic Carpet Auto Transport were always courteous and informative. My contract was said to be at a time when there was an overload of bookings leaving CA. I was initially contacted by phone and e-mail of the estimated pick up and delivery dates. There was a brief delay at pick up of the new Pontiac G8 by the driver. We didn't get called at that time and I had to call 3 days after it was on its way, to update. On day prior to scheduled delivery, my own call to Magic's Stephanie and Nicole explained some delivery delay was likely due to mechanical (brake repair) truck problems. (Such things happen) Next call by me had Nicole arrange direct contact with an also very courteous person, driver Darryl Bradley for the contracted CTC Auto Transport company and we communicated directly through the final day for a very early AM delivery (like Christmas AM for a 58 year old kid) . He was very careful at unloading and some scratches later found under the low riding front end were probably unavoidable and were tolerable.

The Magic Carpet price was best I found and the delivery time and auto care quite reasonable for 3000+ miles. I was referred by a relative who also recently had a fair dealing. I would use them again. I don't like to be a pain and do the calls for updates but all worked out. Thank you Stephanie and Magic Carpet.

Richard, It was a pleasure working with you. I do apologize for the late pick up and delivery, however, we do go by estimates due to the trucks are on the road and anything can put them behind.
