First time having a vehicle transported and was very dissapointed. Called to have Jeep transported from Vineland,New Jersey to Wichita, Kansas and was told it would take 1-7 before carrier pick-up and 3-4 delivery time. In reality it took 10 days to get carrier and was told Saturday pick-up. I even received email confirmation from Magic Carpet that vehicle was picked up on Saturday. The Jeep was actually picked up on Sunday morning. Once the Jeep was picked up on Sunday it was due in Wichita on Tuesday. Vehicle never showed and I had to call Magic Carpet on Wednesday and was told they would have to contact carrier, 3 hours later I still had not been contacted and when I called again was told Jeep would not be in until Friday. Friday afternoon I called again to check on Jeep and was now told it would be Saturday by Magic Carpet. The truck driver called me Friday evening and apologized and explained he had been in touch with his dispatch and was not sure why I was never contacted. The driver was very pleaseant to deal with and apologized again several time when he arrived. Very disappointed that communication was very poor and time estimates were way off.
