I had a good experience with Magic Carpet Auto Transport. Malia McClain was extremely professional at all times. She kept us informed of the status of the transport every couple of days. She even called after it was picked up to make sure there had not been any problems with the driver. In addition to the great experience, the cost of the transport turned out to be 20 to 30% lower than all the other carriers' quotes. Something else that left me with a great impression is that this company did not charge my credit card until the car was actually picked up in New York. The pick up and delivery went without any problems. The car was picked up in New York on Thursday morning and it was delivered to me in Texas Saturday evening , two days before the promised date. I was not at home when I was contacted for the delivery and without any hesitation, the driver offered to wait for me for as long as we needed, which turned out to be a couple of hours. The car arrived in perfect condition and the driver was extremely polite and accommodating. It was everything one could expect from a car transportation service. I would recommend everyone to use this company for their auto transport needs.
