I flew out to California to have my grandfather's vehicle shipped. I was only going to be in California for a few days- so it was critical that the pick-up date for the car be when I was actually THERE myself. I called months ahead of time to make the arrangements and Casey assured me we would be able to find a date while I was still in California for me to give the car to the transporter.

They failed on that.

The truck driver called me like the day before I was leaving California to inform me he "WOULD" be picking up my car- yeah, when I was in the air flying back to Virginia.

That started this all off on the bad foot.

The whole time leading up to this, I had called Casey Jackson SO MANY times and it always went to voicemail, and it was ALWAYS full. Try calling him at 360-853-2823 ext 7048 and you will see for yourself. I am guessing his voicemail is always full.

I also emailed and he didn't respond.

Then when the actual car arrived- which I must say was very prompt- the driver expected me to pay MORE than the original agreement was! And also the driver wanted me to meet him somewhere like 30 minutes away from my house, and I thought there was door-to-door delivery.

The whole thing was pretty botched.

At least the car did make it safe and sound but there were a lot of problems along the way. I wouldn't really recommend this company because they were sloppy with the details (pick up date, cost) and also impossible to reach.
