I had worked with them 2 times previously so thought I could trust them again. However, my 3rd and last experience with them with less than desirable. Communication was very poor, they charged my card without authorization, and promised a partial refund but never delivered on it. There are enough brokers out there, these guys wont be getting another opportunity from us. Carrier also said that these people cost him time and money and he doesn't want to work with them again. All they seemed to care about was collecting their money
