Cost was slightly higher than original quote, but there was a lapse of several weeks between initial contact and the time the contract was completed. I had the extension number the contact person at Magic Carpet and was always able to get through without delay. The pickup date was originally scheduled for a Friday, but the driver called on that day and we agreed that he would pick the car up on the following Sunday afternoon. He called early Sunday afternoon and indicated that he would pick the car up between 4:30 and 5:00 pm. He arrived at 5:00 and was able to load the car quickly and without problems--was very polite, courteous, and efficient. Overall a good experience.
