I had an overall excellent experience. I never thought shipping my car would be so easy. I used a website to gather claims from over 15 different companies, and Magic Carpet was the only company to actually call me personally to discuss my car. Other companies sent me email after email of auto generated messages that failed to actually give me a quoted price, or worse, would call me every morning with some annoying prerecorded message. It was a relief to get a response from an actual person. Crystal even spent 30 minutes discussing the process and answering my questions in that first call. Magic Carpet also offered the best price over every other carrier, and week later, Crystal even followed up with an offer of an additional 40 dollar discount, which completely sealed the deal. She was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process, and when a change in my plans forced me to drop off my car at the port early, she had no problem setting it up for me. With as late notice as the SAME DAY I had to drop it off, she was able to call and arrange everything in just a couple of hours. I was completely amazed, and relieved for that matter. My car arrived on time and in perfect condition. I really don’t see how you could beat service like that. They were amazing.
