I needed to have my CEO's car transported from Virginia to her new condo in Florida. I had no clue what was involved in auto transport. Jeff walked me through the entire process from beginning to end, told me what to expect, and provided me with a price reasonable quote. Because of his hands on and kid glove approach, knowledge of the process and willingness to listen to my concerns, I gave Jeff/Magic Carpet my business. Most importantly, Jeff assured me that if any problem arose, I would deal with him and not a third party. That was reassuring!
My CEO's car was picked up on time and delivered ON TIME with NO PROBLEMS/NO ISSUES. Next time I need to transport a car, I'm only making one call...directly to Jeff Vigue at Magic Carpet.
Sorry competitors....but Jeff gets my business!
