From my intial contact and communication with Jon Posey to dialing in the details for the pick up with the transporter. Both parties kept me well informed of the process upfront. The quoted cost was well within my range and expectaton upon pick up of the vehicle. The car was damaged when being removed from the trailer, but it was mostly due to the operational condition of the car and not the operators. The damages were minor and I am choosing to not file a claim for two reasons: 1) I purchased the car as a fixer-upper. 2) The honesty, excellent communication, & attentiveness displayed by the operators. For me, my experience was simply satisfaction all round!!!!
