Sue and the overall service was very, very good. The quote process was easy with very effective email communication and website. Sue was also very good at calling back and working with me to modify my pick-up time (needed to change the pick-up for a few days earlier). The car was delivered within the same day as pick-up and the driver dispatched was friendly and efficient.
