Let me start with saying, this service was very impressive. My customer service rep. was totally on top of everything, from the pricing of the transport before the order was even placed, to the delivery of my vehicle in Nevada. It was picked up over the weekend we requested and then delivered 3 days later. I was kind of shocked at how quickly the car was transported. It just goes to show that this company knows what they're doing and they obviously choose to work with truck partners that are equally reliable. Other than the actual transport going extremely well, my experience with the representatives over the phone was a pleasant one as well! Every time I called I was greeted professionally by people who sounded like they were having bright and groovy days. When you talk to people in good moods, their voices do a great job of showcasing their attitudes!! I have never spoken with a more pleasant and friendly young lady, than Kaleigh Jo herself. I want to throw a big thanks her way, especially for this transport going so well. I would definitely recommend this company and Kaleigh Jo to anyone looking to transport their car. The customer service I received is something to remember all in itself; it was outstanding. Magic Carpet is the company to trust with your vehicle and your money. They are honest, reliable and so much more!
