Even though I was not able to transport my vehicle due to uncontrollable circumstances in Ohio, the customer service provided by Sherri was nothing less than stellar! As she stated in the beginning, I would be kept up-to-date on progress with my completing my request, she kept true to her word. Sherri went above and beyond explaining how the whole process works and we had daily contact; I could not be more satisfied and when things are back to normal at home, Sherri and Magic Carpet will the first and only company I contact to ship my vehicle.
