I chose Magic Carpet Auto Transporters because they were the top rated auto shipping company on Transport Reviews (1450 reviews). Out of all the reviews I read, only a very small number had less than 5 stars, and those that had fewer than 5 stars EVERY ONE got a response from Magic Carpet explaining and apologizing. Additionally, the review page for Magic Carpet led with a message from the president. My agent was Adrian Buckmiller. She was helpful, friendly, and communicative. She explained the process and patiently answered my questions. In addition to the excellent customer service, a driver was secured for my vehicle THE VERY NEXT DAY. Wow! I am super impressed with Magic Carpet Auto Transporters and with agent, Adrian Buckmiller.
