Do not use - STILL waiting for our car!

We advise others to choose another option. We are now waiting 3x over our expected wait time and MVS has been unable to provide any indication of when the vehicle will arrive.

MVS's website lists an estimate of 6 days total time (wait + transit) for our region, within Ontario, at the high end of their range. Consistent with that, when we paid for shipping, we were told the vehicle would arrive "within a week". Now, the earliest the vehicle could arrive is 20 days after drop-off, or 3x longer than expected.

We could be waiting indeterminately as the transit has not even been scheduled yet. The vehicle is still sitting in a parking lot at its origin. MVS has been unable to provide an accurate timing estimate or any assurance of when the transit will be underway.

We are incurring out-of-pocket costs with respect to insurance, parking in an urban center, and planned maintenance that we've had to delay.

MVS was priced at the high end of the quotes we obtained. We were persuaded by their reviews, and are disappointed that we did not receive the service that others enjoyed.

Hi Natalie, We apologize for this shipment taking longer than expected. When we originally quoted the transit time, there was a high frequency of vehicles being shipped between Thunder Bay and Toronto. When your booking was placed, the freight virtually slowed to a stop. Your vehicle is at the top of the list so it will be loading on the next truck to depart once the truck space is full. For this type of shipping, we provide best estimates prior to booking but we are unable to guarantee delivery times as this very scenario can sometimes happen. If you wish to check for an alternate shipping solution, we will be more than happy to refund your shipping cost completely. If you decide to keep your shipment with MVS we will keep you updated when we have new information on the departure. Warmest Regards
