Shipped my car from manitoba to newfoundland. Upon arrival it looked like it had been driven through a mud pit to the point i couldn’t even see out of my windows. The fact that they would even deliver it to me in that state shows the kind of customer service they provide. Upon inspection of my vehicle i noticed that there was a hole in the protective shield under my car which was not there before. After driving my car for a whole 15 minutes after i picked it up my check engine light came on while i was on the highway and i was unable to drive it. Keep in mind this car is fairly new (4 1/2 years), and was in perfect working condition when i dropped it off to them. I contacted mvs and they pretty much told me it isn’t there problem. That there was no way i could prove the hole in the bottom of my vehicle wasn’t there before and also that the mechanical failure could have happened because of anything. Sorry but its not a coincedence that i have never had an issue with my vehicle and its in there possesion for 3 weeks and now there is suddenly issues with it. Now not only was i stuck paying for a tow truck to get my car to a shop, but am now stuck with hundreds of dollars worth of repairs because they were so incompetant in the shipping and care of my vehicle while it was in their possesion. Do not use this company under any circumstances. Trust me you’ll be better off. If i could give a negative rating i would.

Thank you for your review. Your vehicle was shipped in the middle of winter across Canada by open trailer transport. Your vehicle getting dirty from the road spray is unavoidable and is no different then if you drove the vehicle yourself the 4,800 kms from Winnipeg to St. Johns. We have this information posted on our site and give all our customers the option to ship by the enclosed trailer if you don’t want your vehicle to get dirty. As for the damage you are claiming, you understood and acknowledged on the shipping contract that these things are not covered during shipping. Also some of the damage your claiming we caused was clearly existing as we have pictures of your vehicle that you sent to us from drop off. The hole in the plastic in the underside of your vehicle is small and could have been caused by road debris for the 4 ½ years it was driven on the roads. The hole is also nowhere near where a chain could be hooked up to hold down your vehicle. You also claimed that your rim was scratched during transport. In one of the pre shipping photos you sent to us, you can clearly see the scratch was already there. We can’t inspect the mechanical workings of vehicles prior to shipping, and we can’t inspect the underside of vehicles. Your vehicle was only driven a few hundred feet during the entire shipment process while it was being loaded and unloaded at the terminals in Winnipeg, Toronto and Halifax, arrived to its destination well within the standard transit time, and had no new exterior damage on delivery. Claiming that we damaged it without any evidence is absurd. Regards,
