Great Start, Terrible Finish

My experience started out great with a friendly driver during the pick-up in California. He loaded my two cars and headed off to the East Coast with no problems.

Upon arrival, the truck driver unloaded my cars out of view and damaged the front of my vehicle while unloading. He tried to tell my family that the damage was already there, when the origin bill of lading showed no damage. His wife and child were waiting in the truck so I released the vehicles and tried to call his boss, Mike.

Mike is the hardest person to reach. In an attempt to file an insurance claim, I spent hours looking for good repair quotes from neighborhood body shops. I got the paperwork ready and called Mike one last time to see if we could resolve the matter. He promised to pay out of pocket for the damage and pleaded with me not to file the claim. I TRUSTED HIM, and did not file the claim. Now, it has been about three months and I have yet to hear from him.

There are many transportation companies out there, and there is no reason you have to employ these guys. I really wanted to like them - especially the driver and his family - but not at the expense of damage to my vehicle. This is easily the most unprofessional experience I've ever had.
