Mr. Petty, I'm sorry that you feel that we lied to you. According to our noted records, You placed your order on 11/19/2020 making your vehicle available for a pick up on 11/20/2020 Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday and the fact that we do not control a carrier’s schedule your vehicle was not called on until….12 days later. 12/2/2020: We had a carrier call for your vehicle. We left you a message to let you know. You never called us back. After several attempts to contact you with no response we had to let the carrier go. 12/6/2020: Another carrier called for your shipment and again several attempts made to contact you. Once again we had to let the carrier move on. Later that day you finally called the office to let us know that the truck was picked up the day before on 12/5/2020. I’m not quite sure where the $300.00 dollars came from but we never asked for the additional monies. According to our records the price to ship your vehicle was $1025.00 $900 to the carrier and our brokers fee of $125.00. This review that you submitted is just not justified. We run an honest and transparent company. Terms and conditions were disclosed when you placed your order and procedure was fully explained to you.
