Good Experience with MRV Transportation

I was a little worried about using BT Express Auto after reading the other reviews. But they were by far the least expensive option for my open carrier transport from Miami to San Diego at $865.00. I took a chance on them based on some recent good reviews and am very glad I did. BT Express brokered my transport to MRV Transportation and the vehicle was picked up promptly in 3 days. My dealer, ZIMMOTORS, need 48 hour notification to prepare the car for transport and BT Express coordinated with MRV Transportation to make these arrangements. The communication was decent, I got an e-mail notice from BT Express when the carrier was dispatched, but no updates during the actual trip. MRV Transportation was on-time, called me to make arrangements for drop off and changed their schedule to accomodate my request for morning pickup. I got lucky on the placement, the car was right behind the cab for the whole trip and wasn't as dirty as the other cars. After cleaning it up, the car had no damage from the transport. I would use MRV Transportation again.
