I would definitely do business again with MJ Parker Trucking. Joanne is just fantastic. She is professional, personable, and communicated with me frequently either by phone or email. They have a strong relationship with their drivers and have known many of them for years. I indicated that the arrival date was late, but that WAS NOT the fault of MJ Parker Trucking or the driver. The delay in the delivery date was due to an inconsiderate customer who was not there at the scheduled pick-up time. The driver had to wait a day and a half for the customer to return. This one person caused everyone's delivery date to be delayed.
