We can't thank Joanne & Mike enough for the supberb service. These people went out of their way to accomodate us. I called, got a quote and pick-up date. The day before the
pick up, they call and let you know the approx. arrival time for your pick-up. The day before our scheduled pick-up my wife was hospitalized and required emergency surgery. We thought we would have to reschedule but thanks to Joanne the move went right on schedule. Mike met me, inspected our vehicle and was very professional (you would have thought we were shippiing a Lamborgini not an 02 Toyota). Then, because of the surgery we were unable to be there in Tucson to meet Mike as agreed but Mike went out of his way and delivered our car to our home instead. Our car arrived at our AZ home in time and right on schedule. Our car was in perfect condition. Today you just don't get that kind of service anywhere. I am going to be sure to recommend them to our little community and would not hesiItate to use them again! Your in good hands with Parker Auto Transport.
