First Timer and Nervous

I was extremely nervous about using a service to transport my vehicle through only conversation. MJ Parker was the second carrier that I contacted after the first, keep pushing my pickup time out. Communication was wonderful and helped me feel very comfortable. Rates were reasonable and I liked not having to pay the bulk of the cost until my car was delivered. That alone gave me a an odd sense of comfort. The vehicle was picked up a day later but delivered as promised, so I wasn't unhappy. The only negative would be the lack of communication from the driver. I had to call him to ask about the pickup after he never called me to say it was going to be picked up later than expected. He did call the day of the delivery to let me know he'd be here, that evening. Overall, very happy with service and thank Leanne for her perfect customer service. Thanks MJ Parker for being one the better transport services available!

There can be alot of questions when you are new to transporting your vehicle, and we do our best to help educate our customers on the process. I do apologize for the missed phone call.
