This was our 2nd car to be shipped to CO. It was supposed to be picked up on July 11th, but Leanne had trouble finding a driver. They ended up picking it up on July 12th and taking it to a storage facility (actually a body shop several blocks away that they called out of the phone book). The car was then picked up by the driver on July 13th and delivered July 18th, which was actually 2 days earlier than Leanne estimated. The car was in fine shape. Since we had shipped one car ahead of time, we already had a car when we got to CO, so we were not too concerned about how long the 2nd car might take. July is a very busy time of year for car shipping and moving in general, so it was not surprising that it was not easy to find a driver. What was impressive was how they picked up the car anyway and found a place to store it for a couple of days till it could be picked up. And this was at no additional charge. As I said in my previous review they are are very responsible and responsive, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is planning to ship a car.
