Communication Challenges

I liked Parker Transport, but the driver that they used did not follow through with expected communications. The driver called my wife multiple times to try to pick the car up earlier than our window. Our understanding was that the driver would contact us to schedule a time to deliver 24 hours in advance. The driver left me a message saying that he was ready to deliver the vehicle immediately while I was at work. The driver then called my wife less than 20 minutes later saying that I was not returning his phone calls for delivery. When I returned his call, he said that he needed to deliver the vehicle immediately. Additionally, we were told that we could pay by money order, but when I asked about this, he said that I had to pay in cash. Ultimately, I had to leave work with no notice and rush to a bank to withdraw $950 to get my car. This level of service obviously made moving across the country and starting a new job more complicated and stressful.

Matt I am sorry that you had problems with the driver. I give out my cell phone number so my customers can always reach me. Unfortunately I was not aware that there was any issues until I followed up with and I am unable to do anything about them now. I wish you would of at least given me the opportunity to correct the issue. Best Wishes ~ Joanne
