I couldn't have been happier with my experience shipping my car through MJ Parker Trucking! I did A TON of research before settling on this company. My biggest concern was all the horror stories I read about other brokers passing you off onto a carrier and then basically washing their hands of you and refusing to assist with problems with the carrier. What I LOVE about MJ Parker Trucking is that it's a small family operation so you deal directly with a single person the entire time. I'm pretty sure everybody who calls speaks with Joanne, and she takes care of every customer from start to finish.

Parker has their own fleet of transports, but it's small and only available if they happen to be in your area at the time you're looking to be picked up. But that's not a problem since Joanne has a very select group of carriers she brokers jobs out to, and she has an excellent relationship with all of them. For my job - going from Los Angeles, CA to Orlando, FL - that was Wonderful Trucking Service.

Wonderful truly lived up to their name. From the very first phone call I received, everything went exactly as planned. I called Joanne at MJ Parker on Monday and told her I was looking to ship my car out later in the week, ideally on Friday or Saturday. I got assigned to Wonderful Trucking on Tuesday and was told they would contact me the day before pickup. Sure enough, I got a call from Wonderful on Thursday telling me they'd be there Friday between 12pm and 4pm. The driver called the next day at 3pm saying he'd be there at 4pm, and he was right on time. Driver was really nice and we chatted while he loaded my car and we both took pictures of it for reference. I found out from the driver that Wonderful is also a small family-owned operation.

Fast forward one week to the next Friday. Another call from Wonderful telling me they'd have my car in Orlando on Saturday between 8am and 12pm. Another call Saturday when they were an hour out, and again the driver was right on time. Picked up the car and it looked in great shape - only issue was a little engine oil that dripped onto it from another car on the transport, but a drive through car wash quickly took care of that.

So, all in all, the best experience I could have hoped for. Car was picked up and delivered on time, communications from both MJ Parker and Wonderful were great, and to top it all off, the price from MJ Parker was one of the lowest of all the quotes I received. Great customer service, AND a great price. I couldn't have asked for more!
