I am so happy I decided to go with this company for my cross country move from L.A. to Virginia. I wanted to go with a smaller company because I had read several reviews from larger companies about customers not being contacted through the entire process. This was so not the case with MJ Parker. I requested a quote and received a very low one within hours. I was a little nervous because their quote was, by far, the lowest of any other company and I had recieved some information from another company saying that the drivers wouldn't take the lower quotes. Well, there was no need to worry. I was contacted by a driver 5 days before departure to set up a time. He called again the day before pickup, 20 minutes before pickup, and again when he was at my house for pickup. The driver loaded my car, let me know what day he would be dropping off, reviewed the cost again with me(which was the quoted price). He called me the day before arrival and told me he would arrive at my house before noon. He called me again when he arrived as promised at 11am. The entire experience couldn't have gone better. My car arrived in the same condition in which it was left.
