Missed delivery date.

Joanne handled the initial part of the transport of car very well. She was able to find a driver and scheduled a pick up in a short period of time BUT her contracted transport company fell short on their promised delivery date. As agreed before payment of the deposit required, pick up date was Thurs. 4/26 and delivery date would be on Sat. 4/28 because the car was needed on that day. The driver even said to me the same date of delivery when he picked up the car. The car was delivered on 3:30pm Mon. 4/30. I don't really know what went wrong but we were disappointed on how the trucking company handled the transport and delivery date. NOW my question is, who is responsible for that missed delivery date? Is it Joanne because she was the one who got an unreliable trucking company to transport our car? Another important note was that the trucking company Joanne put on our order was not the same trucking company that transported our car. Was my contract with Joanne subcontracted to another trucking company? THAT I do not know. Good thing my wife didn't write the name of the trucking company on the money order she purchased based on the order Joanne gave, otherwise it would have been another problem. Also, the driver only used a big pickup truck that has a carriage for 2 cars for his pickup and delivery and not the usual big truck that can carry 9-10 car load. In order for a customer to be satisfied, everything should and must run smoothly from the pick up date to the delivery date. Customers are the one paying for their services, everyone who are involve in the transaction must be committed to satisfy their customers but not in this case. Just a reminder, one bad review will affect your business.
