I arranged all of this for my mom and her car across the country. Joanne was excellent to work with. Very easy to communicate with, answered her phone and email messages promptly and we were always aware of the process. She brokered CAA Transport to do the actual shipping.

They were very courteous and helpful. The driver even paid for my mom's taxi back to her house in CT since there was no one to pick her up and the local streets were too narrow. Above and beyond. We needed to give a three day window (1st, 2nd and 3rd choices) and they were able to pick it up on her first choice. Possibly just luck but very nice anyway. ;)

Here in CA the car was transferred to a flatbed and delivered straight to our door (on an incredibly narrow street.) I even offered to drive down to a bigger street to get it but the driver was intent on delivering to our door. The car was in better shape arriving than it depoarted (pretty sure they gave it a quick wash!) We were given a rough estimate of Saturday (SIX days after p/u) for delivery and it arrived two days later. Again a bit of luck since it was September and there was no snow!

Very happy overall and would definitely refer to others. :)
